Continental is looking for a new highly motivated team member who will be supporting the implementation of a new local SAP on-premise HR system for Brazil. This position will be an exciting opportunity to contribute to Continental’s future technology and footprint in the South American region. You will be working with local, regional and international colleagues.

**Your main responsibilities include**:
Configuration and maintenance of on-premise SAP HXM (HCM) PT (Time Management) systems. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in SAP HXM (HCM) PT (Time Management) and optional PY (Payroll), PA (Personnel Administration), and in the future EC (Employee Central) modules. Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations. Documenting SAP HXM (HCM) processes, developments. Participation in regional HR IT projects as work package leader or member.

Depending on prior experience and interest, within this role there is also a possibility for local leadership and/ or Project Management lead.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish would be a plus)
- Willing to Travel (particular to North America and sometimes to Europe)
- Experience in working and collaborate in multinational teams (incl. working within different time zones)
- Experience in SAP HXM (HCM) Time Management, including
- Configuration of Holiday Calendars, Work Schedule Rules, Absences, Attendances, and Quotas
- Configuration of Processing Types and Time Wage Type Generation (T510S)
- Development and troubleshooting of custom Time Schemas, Subschemas, and Personnel Calculation Rules
- The setup of time clocks in plant locations
- Experience in SAP HXM (HCM) Modules Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM)
- Experience in the documentation of functional requirements pursuant to HXM (HCM) systems and processes
- Experience leading or participating in moderately complex SAP projects
- SAP HXM (HCM) full life cycle implementations or participation in full implementations of HXM (HCM) sub-modules and ideally SuccessFactors (Employee Central) Integration desired
