**What we offer**

**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Govern tool requests and assess needs, based on a defined usage strategy
- Act as the main point of contact
- answering questions, fixing bugs and coordinating requests to our vendors and partners
- Continuously evaluate, report on and optimize tool usage in alignment with SAP’s security/compliance team
- Support company-wide learning initiatives for new and existing design tools
- Manage financial implications, seats, licenses, etc. with central procurement
- Support Design Ops tooling and rollout to the entire company
- Onboard new hires to our tools and systems
- Manage WordPress web infrastructure for internal and external stakeholders including guidelines, communities, single sites and research test-centers
- Work with our external WordPress agency on updating and publishing new sites, updating plugins, server maintenance and deployment of new projects.

- Enjoy working closely with designers, and have familiarity with product development and research methods in the digital space

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Good years in Software Design, Project Management, UX, or development area
- Knowledge of design tools like: Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Zeppelin, JIRA etc.
- Experience in Microsoft office suite (including Sharepoint)
- Web development and Wordpress development skills are a big plus
- Familiarity with virtual whiteboarding / design tools such as Mural, Figma
