**What you'll do**:

- Follow market trends, regulatory and competitive landscapes, clients/leads' demands to identify and suggest improvements or new positioning of our products.
- Lead the team of Product Managers and support them in developing their business knowledge further.
- Develop the product strategy and prioritization of initiatives together with the Product Managers.
- Align product vision communication with your tribe's squads, marketing, sales, business development teams, and our customers.
- Design and monitor the development of "cross squad" solutions, ensuring these product innovations' proper scope and purpose.
- Work together with the engineering team and track their deliveries using agile models.
- Ensure product quality, including non-functional aspects such as integrity, resilience, and scalability.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience in banking functions (investment, treasury, credit, cash management) and knowledge of Brazil's leading payment systems, clearings, and financial industry regulations (SPB, SPI, CIP, CADOCs, CCS, JUD). Experience in managing technology products (B2B) aimed at the financial market. Advanced or fluent English.
- Critical thinking, with the ability to articulate and implement improvements in processes and products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of customers and our markets.
- Ability to lead by influence and example.
