The **Junior Consultant** is part of our success story and supports directly on the client’s side to create a perfect start with the Vistex-solutions for them. In this role you represent Vistex and assure the clients not only with wide, specialized knowledge but also with communication skills and service orientation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of SAP add on technologies (solution extensions) on projects in the Brazil / Latin America region.
- Provide on-site / off-site (if approved) consulting services to Vistex customers implementing the Vistex Agribusiness Solution.
- Develop and maintain in-depth technical product functionality and operation knowledge of Vistex Agribusiness product.
- Be a trusted advisor for customers and provide best practice guidance.
- Business/industry expertise in the Agricultural sector, including specifics localizations countries aspects (Brazil is mandatory).
- Lead and execute full project deliverables such as blueprint workshops, documents, specifications, configuration and testing/training support.
- Understand upstream/downstream process impacts (master data, planning, costing, etc.).
- Collaborate with offshore teams (internal and external).
- Provide ongoing product-specific technical guidance to Sales team members and other internal / external audiences as required and appropriate.

**Experience**: Required
- 4 year(s): - Over 4 years' experience in Agribusiness industry
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Demonstrate exemplary verbal and written communication, and presentation skills; ability to tailor communications for technical and non-technical audiences
- Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time-management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to be both a team player and work independently
- Self-motivated, team-minded entrepreneurial attitude
- Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Preferred
- Experience with any SAP module is a big plus.
- SAP ABAP skills are a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Fluency in English is a plus
