**About the Client**
Our client is a growing international startup focused on launching an innovative online casino platform tailored for the U.S. market. They’re building engaging, regulation-compliant gaming experiences using crypto-based transactions.

**Role Overview**
As a **BA & PM**, you’ll take an active role in shaping product strategy, managing communication with external vendors, and supporting execution across multiple initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, flexible environment and enjoys taking ownership of diverse tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a versatile project manager, handling tasks across product development, communication, and coordination.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
- Define and improve product mechanics and user engagement strategies.
- Manage communication and requirements with a UK-based vendor.
- Translate business goals into clear documentation and workflows.
- Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Support continuous process improvements within the product and operations team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in business analysis and project management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently in a remote setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication in Russian and English.
- Familiarity with crypto, fintech, or startup environments is a strong plus.
