**Job Description Summary**:
The Sr. Operations Manager, Digital Services LATAM will demonstrate the leadership and expertise necessary for Services safety, delivery, execution, and growth to support the Business. The individual will be the region operations leader for executing long term Full Services Agreements and Transactional growth with customers, achieving wind farm production targets, wind farm availability performance targets, Quality targets, fast responses to customer issues and quick resolutions, as well as margin expansion. As Sr. Operations Manager of Digital Services LATAM, you will lead a team of ~100 employees. This position plays a critical role in developing a best-in-class workplace culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction and is responsible for cultivating deep partnerships with cross functional teams, such as Services Directors, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, and others.
**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Set standards and monitor performance of the predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance of minor and major components.
- Guarantee we have the proper instructions and training program for all field employees.
- Guarantee we have the proper set of tools for all types of maintenance.
- Generate content as related to leading weekly operations reviews with Services Directors, GM & COO.
- Be a member of the Operational Excellence Group (EHS / Operations / Maintenance) responsible for sharing best practices throughout the Region.
- Work on cross functional and diverse teams to identify and solve the businesses Big issues as related to continuous improvement.
- Support field sites in solving complex problems around LD's or Bonuses.
- Develop and own region wide expertise (process, tools, program management)
- Be involved in discussions with multiple functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.
- Assist sites during the startup process to ensure long term success.
- Support Service Director to ensure an optimal org setup, capacity planning and efficient roles & responsibility across the team with a focus on safety, quality, OTD and cost control
- **Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Robust previous experience on Operational roles in Industry
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive transformation in a mission-based team
- High resiliency and ownership
- Ability to travel and manage a big and multi-country team
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Lean expertise
**Desired Characteristics**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business from an accredited university or college
- Knowledge of the Wind industry and/or Services business
- Fluent in Spanish
