As a Test Lead, you will make an impact by supervise and manage all testing activities. You will be a valued member of the QEA team and work collaboratively with close collaboration with the supplier.

**In this role, you will**:
Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and associated scripts

Develop and document strategies for repeated tests

Execute and evaluate test plans and test cases

Perform troubleshooting and debugging of test cases

Review functional requirements and test plans

Monitor and report progress on test plans and cases

Work collaboratively with other team members

**Work model**:hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo -SP. **What you need to have to be considered**

Demonstrate proficiency in SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for effective test management.

Exhibit expertise in manual E2E business process assurance testing.

Have basic programming skills to support testing automation efforts.

Experience in employee support domain is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
