**Job Purpose**

This is a position for the Operational Excellence team in Brazil employee to liaise with the UWL do Brazil office and UWL Inc. office. This person will be responsible for assisting the US Imports team operationally, handling shipments and providing the customers with better solution for their logístical needs, aiming for customer satisfaction and services agility for UWL, Inc.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Qualifies opportunities to determine validity of shipment request.
- Coordinates client needs and requests with internal stakeholders.
- Input Imports data and emit documents through the customer and UWL’s system.
- Account responsibility from a desk level
- Direct support to USA operations team
- Open Files if applicable
- Review and Update opened files according to the documents if applicable
- Operates day-to-day tasks within a workflow
- Communicates with operations, carriers, agents
- Date entering on UWL Systems (Synapse, Pier Pass, COI, ISF or SharePoint for instance)
- Learn and assist with tracking and troubleshoot of ISF not matching with analyst assistance, if applicable
- Work Independently
- Payment Satisfied - COD
- Pay Ocean Carrier
- ACI/EMF Filing
- Pre-Alert
- Support and backup (PTO/vacation) of team if applicable
- Escalation point for Team issues to US
- Problem Solving
- Training new hires if applicable

**Hard Skills**
- Minimum of 12 months as Imports Pleno Analyst (this timeline can be adjusted according to the company’s needs).
- Achieve goals (KPIs) if applicable.
- Minimum of 80% on performance assessment.
- Be compliant to WGBP trainings.
- CargoWise Specialist certificate.
- HAZ Transportation Certification.
- Bill of Lading Certification in WGU.
- Advanced/Fluent English Level.

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree in university courses related to Foreign Trade, logistics or International Relations. Be compliant with WGBP training.
