Associate Counsel

**About the Role**

We are currently searching for an Associate Labor and Employment Counsel with expertise in litigation and consulting to join the Uber Legal Team in Brazil as we continue to scale our business globally. **What You’ll Do**:

- Review, follow-up and update of all files and legal documents
- Draft all kinds of reports needed by the L&E team, having to update each file as needed, in accordance with the corresponding hearings.
- Review and analysis on the specific cases determined by the L&E team.
- Manage and prioritize the important legal matters, in accordance with the L&E team's needs and those of its clients.
- Prepare the corresponding reports and calendars for the corresponding hearings, including the potential need to attend the same if requested by the Uber.
- Updating of legal manuals and policies in accordance with the applicable laws and Uber needs.
- Constant training on legal matters and compliance in general terms with the instructions issued by Uber.
**Basic Qualifications**:

Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Possess excellent business judgment, communication, drafting and interpersonal skills
- Capability of running multiple projects independently
- You have high standards, integrity and strong ethical values
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment for a company with operations around the world
