**Job overview**:
Project Manager is a key role within our Tech Solutions Global Delivery organization, being main
contributors to client satisfaction and driving expectations to insure they are covered with IQVIA
solutions

**Principal accountabilities**:

- Coordinate internal resources and potential third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving RBU, delivery & client stakeholders

and ensuring technical feasibility
- Guide and review all configuration and solution architecture decisions - both functional and technical
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs following IQVIA

Methodology & Aligned Processes (MAP)
- Measure project performance using IQVIA tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and internal stakeholder (Delivery, RBU, Product)
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with internal and external clients
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience, leading multi-country projects
- Experience in implementing CRM and Marketing platforms
- Communication skills, ability to manage workshops, client expectations management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Life science exposure would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel (30% - 40%)
