Intelligent Automation Architect

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Design the architecture of complex intelligent automation solutions. Developing/coding parts of the solutions may be required occasionally.
- Develop high-level and detailed solution designs, ensuring they meet scalability, reliability, and security standards.
- Be the end-to-end technical lead, as well as ensure the engagement of all necessary parties.
- Optimize automation workflows by integrating GenAI, ML, IDP, and analytics where applicable.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to intelligent automation development teams
throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to intelligent automation implementations.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards within the RPA development team.
- Adaptability and flexibility with respect to technologies, environment, and work schedules, as we work with global clients.
- Ability to accurately estimate project efforts and timelines at the project initiation phase,
including risks, dependencies, and appropriate constraints.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in intelligent automation, with at least 3 years as a Solution
Architect.
- Strong understanding of intelligent automation best practices, governance, and lifecycle
management.
- Expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 and earlier versions.
- Experience in integrating GenAI, ML and IDP into intelligent automation solutions
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, C# or JavaScript.
- Automation Anywhere certifications
- Experience with automation orchestration tools and frameworks to manage complex
intelligent automation workflows.
- Deep understanding of Automation Anywhere Control Room administration and bot
lifecycle management.
- Knowledge and understanding of generative AI techniques, including deep learning, neural
networks, and natural language processing.
- Fluent in English
**Knowledge that may be a differential for the position**:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience in working with APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Automation Anywhere IA Agents, IA Studio, Enterprise Knowledge and Document
Automation products.
- Other certifications and trainings in the intelligent automation field.
