**The Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Trainee to join our comprehensive training programme, tailored for those eager to begin their careers in the Commercial sector of the iGaming industry. Our programme offers an exceptional platform for you to kick-off your professional journey while acquiring crucial skills and hands on experience in an energetic and vibrant work setting.
**Outline of Programme**:
Our 18-month programme is designed to provide invaluable on the job training. Upon successful competition of the programme, there may be opportunities for trainees to transition into permanent roles within Games Global.

**Responsibilities**:
- **
Market & Strategy Support**: Assist in researching market trends, analyzing competitors, and contributing to strategic growth plans across new products and regions.
- ** Client Development**: Support indentifying potential clients and partnerships, qualify leads, and support outreach efforts under the guidance of senior Business Development Managers.
- ** Sales Process Exposure**: Participate in client meetings, develop presentation skills, and learn the fundamentals of negotiation and deal closure.
- ** Client Support & Communication**: Assist Partnership Managers in managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular updates.
- ** Project Coordination & Data Analysis**: Help track project timelines and deliverables, coordinate with internal teams, and support reporting through data analysis and presentations.
- ** Support & Professional Development**: Maintain client records, manage documentation, attend client meetings or events, and actively engage in ongoing learning about the company, industry, and partnership best practices.
- ** Strategic & Market Support**: Assist in tracking key KPIs, supporting market growth initiatives, and contributing to strategic planning, reporting, and goal alignment across regulated markets.
- ** Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work with commercial, product, and compliance teams to help execute campaigns and support content delivery and performance.
- ** Research & Development Insights**: Conduct market research, assist in performance analysis, and support business development by gathering local insights and helping improve product and game offerings.
- ** Strategic & Financial Support**: Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, building financial models, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- ** Commercial Analysis**: Support commercial strategy, revenue tracking, and performance reporting, as well as contribute to commercial negotiations and growth.
- ** Market & Competitor Research**: Conduct industry research, analyze trends and customer needs, and use data tools to uncover insights that improve competitiveness and market positioning.
Qualifications:
- A recent Graduate with a qualification in Commerce, Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Economics, or Communications.
- An effective communicator with good problem-solving abilities, both in person and online. Able to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
- A self-starter who is focused on delivery and success. We will give you all the tools needed to be great, you just need to hit the ground running and learn from us.
- Proficiency in English.
- Adapt at handling numbers and possessing a commercial mindset. We are looking for somebody who can analyse data and identify opportunities.
- Flexible, resilient, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibits a foundational understanding of achieving results in a commercial setting.
- An enthusiastic team player who is committed to prioritising customer success and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
