**Procurement Lead**
**Based in São Paulo.**

The Senior Procurement Associate will be responsible for the daily administrative work related to requisitions and purchase orders approvals, contract negotiations with vendors and internal clients and have a close relationship with the company’s key areas to be able to identify new savings and/or synergy opportunities. We expect someone that is as dynamic as WeWork is.
**About the Role**
The PL Procurement Analyst will be responsible for the daily administrative work related to requisitions and purchase orders approvals, contract negotiations with vendors and internal clients and have a close relationship with the company’s key areas to be able to identify new savings and/or synergy opportunities. We expect someone that is as dynamic as WeWork is.
**Responsibilities**
Data Analysis: Collect and interpret relevant data (cost, quality, performance, etc.) and provide analytical support.
Reporting: Develop periodic trend and performance reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Project management: Run project meetings, updates, and documentation.
Strategic Negotiation: Prepare RFX’s, run sourcing projects and develop contracts using strategic sourcing methodology.
Vendor Management Activities: Analyze and issue purchase orders, create and register agreements in the system, control of contracts signatures, supplier vetting, educate the business on procurement processes and governance and ensure the source to pay process and systems are followed by business.

Governance: Knowledge about Contract LifeCycle Management, Supplier Relantionship Management and Business Continuity Plan best practices
**Qualifications**
Fluent English
Minimum of 5 years within Indirect PTP function.
Bachelor’s degree is required; Finance, Supply Chain Management, or business related field
Ability to work efficiently and with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
Experience negotiating pricing, contracts and commercial terms
Engaging, fun, team-player with a can-do attitude requiring little or mínimal supervision.
