Business Development Representative (BDR) - Belo Horizonte/MG

Estamos contratando BDR (Business Development Representative) para gerar e qualificar novas oportunidades de vendas, atuando no primeiro contato com potenciais clientes e contribuindo diretamente para o pipeline comercial.

O que você vai fazer:

- Pesquisar e identificar empresas e contatos alinhados ao ICP (Perfil de Cliente Ideal)
- Aplicar metodologias de qualificação (identificar dores, necessidades e potencial)
- Conduzir cold calls com discurso claro e persuasivo, superando objeções iniciais
- Agendar reuniões/demonstrações e converter para orçamento, repassando para o vendedor com contexto completo
- Registrar todas as interações e dados de qualificação no CRM
- Apoiar a inteligência comercial com insights de mercado e concorrência

O que buscamos:

- Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, escuta ativa e empatia
- Proatividade, resiliência e capacidade de lidar com rejeições
- Organização para gerenciar múltiplas atividades e manter o CRM atualizado
- Foco em metas e KPIs, pensamento analítico para identificar oportunidades
- Familiaridade com CRM e ferramentas de automação/prospecção (diferencial)
- Experiência prévia em vendas/prospecção/telemarketing/atendimento (diferencial; não obrigatório)
