**Your challenges**
- Act as strategic partner to the business, proactively identifying current and future needs and assessing risks and implications.
- Conduct and resolve employee relations issues by recommending corrective actions;
- Partner with managers to implement performance management and employee development programs;
- Provide consultancy on P&O topics and support the business on people decision making;
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication (Written and Verbal) and understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and benefits is preferred;
**What we need from you**
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
- Master´s Degree preferred;
- Minimum of 8/10 years of relevant professional experience mainly Business Partner expertise;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese;
- Demonstrate collaborative skills and capability of influence within a team environment;
- The ability to be flexible, self-directed, motivated and able to interact with employees at all levels;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Previous experience as HR Business Partner field at factories is a differential.
