This position has the responsibility to lead the execution of CBS in the BA, planning, coordinating and controlling all CBS activities in order to establish CBS culture and methodology as well as meet CBS Plant targets. Furthermore, the CBS Coach supports continuous improvement initiatives, according ContiTech CBS Standards, from strategy to operational activities.
**Qualifications**:
- University degree, in business administration, engineering or related discipline;
- Technical knowledge as well as coaching the implementation of lean principles and methods to drive operational results;
- Project Management skills;
- Cross-functional experience e.g. in engineering, quality, purchasing or supply chain preferred;
- Leadership experience, preferably in operational units with functional and disciplinary responsibility for other individuals;
- Experience in working with international teams;
- Communications skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- English Fluent.
