**About the team**
- As Trustly’s Legal Operations Associate, you will be joining a small yet skilled and dynamic legal team. You’ll support our contract management team by managing and maintaining a variety of agreements. Trustly is an exciting fintech disrupting the payment industry and our legal team has a huge impact on the business.

**What you'll do**:

- Coordinate daily management and maintenance of agreement lifecycle (from request to execution), including key date and deadline tracking.
- Conduct initial review of all incoming requests to determine if such request complies with policy and procedural requirements.
- Improve agreement management processes to increase quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain agreement repositories.
- Track deviations from standard terms and renewal/termination dates.
- Help draft templates for agreements.
- Help draft and implement processes for review of commercial agreements.
- Review and negotiate entry-level agreements (NDAs, Order forms, etc.)
- Run reporting out of Trustly’s contract lifecycle management tool
- Ensure that records in the repository are being updated in a timely manner
- Act as the main resource for operations and administrative assistance for the Contract Management team
- Manage and create templates across Docusign and contract lifecycle management tools for use by the legal team

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience managing commercial agreements or legal operations.
- Experience with US commercial agreements and legal terms.
- Eagerness to work hard in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organized and process-driven team player.
