HR Manager Payroll

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the execution of Payroll, Compensation and Benefits activities in Brazil
Manage local Reward analysis, plan and communication both internally and with vendors
Manage Employee, medical service and labor relations and communications
Build strong working relationship with internal stakeholders up to VP level
Manage projects at Local / Regional level
Accountable for all data on hiring, onboarding, terminating and records maintenance

Technical/ Professional knowledge and skills with 4 years of relevant experience in HR
