**What you'll do**

The SAP Procurement Engineering team has the mission to design and develop intelligent procurement processes with cloud mindset, embedded in architecture and technology and build cloud solutions that help our customer to better manage their sourcing, contract, order and invoice processes.

The primary areas of technology this team works on are Java, Web, REST, Micro services, UI5, Springboot, GitHub, BTP, UI5 and CAP.

As an Associate Developer, you will be working with Architects, Product managers and senior developers to deliver key enhancements and features in the SAP Procurement products.
- Develop software using agile software engineering and clean code.
- Focus on quality assurance tasks of specific product features.
- Develop a cloud native solution based on SAP’s North Star technologies and frameworks.
- Be part of a globally distributed group that has an enormous impact in the Enterprise Software industry on a global scale.

**What you bring**
- Sound knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as Object-Oriented Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, Database, Operating Systems
- Hands on developer with good expertise in Java
- Experience in developing, debugging and deploying software on large scale
- Experience writing production quality code
- Experience working with Git
- Work experience on UI based technologies such as UI5, Angular, bootstrap, React etc.. OR Spring Boot is a plus
