Applications Services Analyst - Your future position?

**In this exciting role** **you'll**:

- Lead corrective change implementation including building, designing, deploying, testing, training and user acceptance globally;
- Ensure the global ticketing tool is correctly updated with activities, resolution and user feedback for efficient tracking and escalate any issues or conflicts to Applications Services Manager and Commercial Support team;
- Diagnose system issues based on available system documentation such as Use Cases and Technical designs;
- Provide technical specifications to the development team and able to fulfil unit test (regression test as needed) on the delivered code for quality.

**You?**
- University Degree in Computer Science or related courses;
- 1+ years' experience in Applications Support;
- Experience in a chemical or manufacturing industry, and in an international environment will be an added advantage;
- ITIL certification and Project Management experience will be an added advantage;
- Advanced communicational and written skills in English;
- Hands-on Oracle, SQL programming and troubleshooting expertise;
- J2EE/Websphere hands-on troubleshooting experience;
- Datastage/Webmethod understanding;
- Familiarity with SAP ECC is an added advantage.
