**Overview**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services and APIs using industry-standard frameworks.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define API requirements and specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, and implement solutions to resolve them.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and codebase.
- Ensure that backend systems are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Guide teammates on developing efficient and secure backend components
- Establish and promote best practices, standards and guidelines related to back-end engineering for Bunge technology products.

- Internal: Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, DevOps Engineers, Database Administrators, Architects, Product Owners.
- External: Technology Vendors, Cloud Providers.

**Knowledge and Technical Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency SalesForce backend programming, including- Apex, with ability to write complex Apex code for custom logic and triggers
- understanding of Lightning Web Components
- Experience with building RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud standard data models
- Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (including Unit Testing and Debugging, CI/CD pipeline with automated testing).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Education/Experience**:
