**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Colocar em tópicos
- Manage end-to-end operations of short
- and long-term rental properties, with a focus on vacation rentals such as Airbnb;
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, guests, vendors, insurance providers, and building administrations;
- Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis;
- Manage and analyze cash flow;
- Prepare accounting reports and oversee the companies’ bookkeeping;
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
**MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 4 years of experience in property management, particularly in vacation or residential rentals;
- Solid knowledge of financial management applied to real estate;
- Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication.
- Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- International experience;
- Knowledge of property management software.
