Develop data-driven solutions that directly address client needs and improve customer satisfaction. - Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights about user behaviors, product performance, and market trends. - Create and maintain product performance dashboards that monitor key metrics, including user engagement, retention, growth, and churn. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings, recommendations, and actionable insights. - Work closely with product managers to identify opportunities for improving existing products and developing new ones based on data. **What you'll own and contribute** As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for helping drive the development, optimization, and growth of Topsort's products by analyzing data and delivering actionable insights. You'll work closely with product managers, data scientists, and designers to influence product decisions, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for product improvements. **What (we think) you need to be successful**: - Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. - 2+ years of experience. - Startup hustle and speed: You're able to work hard, move fast, can adjust to a dynamic environment and sell to complex organizations and technical customers - Ability to learn on the job, learn fast, and have strong curiosity for the industry and a desire to self-educate to become the expert on auctions, retail media, and marketplace monetization. - Team Player: Lone-wolf style tech is from the past; at Topsort, it's about being a sports team that achieves goals together. - E
