**What you will do**:
Manages engineering for design and development of technologies, components, systems, products, or services.
- As Engineer Manager you lead a high-performance team of product engineers, motivated to drive growth as well as delivering on target cost reductions and quality results to achieve our business plan. In addition, you will be challenged to manage short and long term high-impact initiatives to contribute to the Earthmoving Enterprise Strategy.
- Provide specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization
- Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time, cost and quality.
**Basic Qualifications**

**Education**:College degree is required

**Language**:Advanced English and Portuguese

**Experience**: Previous experience as Engineering Manager is required

**Project Management**: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

**Planning: Tactical **, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
