**Summary**:
Partner Innovation Lifecycle Services (PILS) is part of the Partner Readiness unit within Partner Ecosystem Success under the Customer Success board area. Partner Innovation Lifecycle Services vision is to innovate with partners to maximize customer success and mission is to provide services along the partner innovation lifecycle to accelerate market adoption of SAP and partner portfolio.

**The Role**:
As a Senior Solution Specialist you will assist the Director of SysOps with project technical feasibility assessments and install/configure new systems (as required) based on industry best practices, in line with SAP strategy. You will be responsible for daily operations within SysOps to ensure optimal efficiency for all system landscapes. The individual will collaborate with internal project stakeholders, provide technical support throughout the entire lifecycle of each assigned project.

**Role Requirement**:

- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience, preferably with at least 2-3 years as a SAP Applications architect.
- Good knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Business Suite.
- Deep technical skillset in SAP NetWeaver/Basis (install/configure/add-ons) is mandatory.
- Familiarity of SAP S/4 HANA and knowledge of SAP products will be an advantage (e.g. HANA, Solution Manager).
- Hands on experience with SAP release upgrades.
- Understanding of database products such as MS SQL, SAP MaxDB, MongoDB etc.
- Exposure to hyperscalers (e.g. GCP, Azure) is preferred.
- Experience with Container technology (e.g. Docker & Kubernetes) is preferred.
- Ability to work with cross cultural, cross-functional teams
- Enthusiastic, motivated, innovative, proactive working attitude and results-oriented team player

**Educational Qualification**:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
