This position is **based in Suzano (SP),** Brazil.

**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

Lead the implementation of Innovation and Renewal projects for products, materials and packaging with a Latin America scope, through an integrated system that involves several areas such as Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, etc.

**ROLE SCOPE**

Leads projects of high strategic importance and complexity or perform as an important team member on a project of considerable complexity without major guidance from others. Provide technical guidance for other project areas and other team members. Effectively plan and complete project responsibilities on time. Ensure communication of project plans and results to customers and other team members.

**BUSINESS SKILLS**
- Analyses, designs, plans, executes and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets;
- Assertively assesses and evaluates risk;

- Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives;
- Deep understanding of the consumer needs, product design & processes;
- Understands the relevance of own area of responsibility/specialism to the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or similar (with the experience related);
- Relevant experience in Innovation and Renewal projects for products, materials and packaging (consumer needs, product design & processes);
- Advanced working knowledge in English, Spanish is a plus.
