As a Microsoft Datacenter IT Operations Manager (ITOM), you will lead and manage a team of managers and individual contributors in charge of logistics, area management, and technicians. You will manage data center site services and logistics across multiple buildings.

**Responsibilities**:
- Empowering a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of datacenter activities.
- Leading and managing a team of high-performing managers and individual contributors and their ongoing talent development.
- Managing and overseeing datacenter site services, logistics, and deployment.
- Manage relationships with vendors and landlords by insuring quality adherence to Microsoft's standards.
- Collaborating and coordinating with multiple internal business groups to ensure the successful delivery of service levels.
- Analyzing production operations and initiate corrective actions to ensure operational stability.
- Initiate and establish quality standards for the Datacenter teams and manage those initiatives through to completion.
- Learn, live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values.? Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.

**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience working in a physical IT infrastructures (e.g. Data center, Servers, Networking, DC Rack, structured cabling)
- 5+ years of experience working in a critical environment infrastructure (with equipment such as generators, cooling systems, and so on).
- Experience managing budget $150k+.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years experience leading a 15+ technical team.
- Fluent in English in both written and spoken form.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- Able to work on site 100% of the time in Campinas.
