**Role Overview**

As an essential member of our financial department, you will be instrumental in ensuring precise financial operations and effective reconciliations across our global network. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Performing complex reconciliation procedures involving multiple data sources.
- Executing monthly closing procedures.
- Managing cash flow control.
- Analyzing financial results and preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
- Reviewing current and historical financial data for insights.
- Ensuring data accuracy in accounting transactions.
- Overseeing the registration and control of foreign exchange (Forex) operations.
- Collaborating closely with accounting teams.
- Managing risk and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conducting Cash Closing operations and undertaking other essential financial tasks.
- Contributing to the improvement and automation of financial and treasury processes.

Your role will be critical in enhancing our financial health and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (Essential).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in reconciliations, preferably within a financial setting.

**Nice to Have**
- Proficiency in Treasury and financial routines is preferred.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
- An MBA related to Financial studies.
- Experience in handling international transactions.
