The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. **About the Team**:
- The Marketing Team at Shopee Brazil is looking for a professional who is passionate about livestream operations. The Livestream Production Operations will be under the Community Team and be responsible for coordinate pre-production to post-production day-to-day lives on Shopee app and support the influencers livestream ecosystem at Shopee Marketing Team aligned with the business objectives.- Livestreams production and operation directly from switchers or external shootings;
- Coordinating pre-production to post-production day-to-day livestream on Shopee app, working closely with the content and production team, influencer management tem and other stakeholders;
- Direct lives when necessary or coordinate the third-party production company;
- Responsible for managing Livestream back-end related matters (e.g. streamer management, vouchers, banners, etc.)
- Generate creatives and collaterals for ad-hoc Livestream requests
- Production of lives artwork, uploading and supervising during the livestreams;
- Working with IT and OPs staff on the maintenance of the studio, controlling the switcher room and post-production hardware and software;
- Support livestream scripts to understand the needs and dynamics of the broadcasting;
- Track KPIs and communicate results together with Analytics team;
**Requirements**:
- Experience in OBS and/or VMix, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere is required
- Experience in eCommerce/ Multi-Channel Network (MCN)/ OTT or related industries is a plus.
- Experience with Panasonic AW-UE70 4K camera, streaming controller, Yamaha TF1 Mixing Console and FUJIFILM X-T4 or similar is a plus
- Experience with studio lighting and audio;
- Able to work in a fast-pace working environment under tight deadline.
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Advanced English
