**Quality Control Leader - Your future position?**

Working for the Taste and Wellbeing team, reporting to the Quality Control Coordinator, you'll have the responsibility of distributing team workload and daily tasks as well as supervising and orientating people within said work routine. You will also work with metric management, reports, laboratory investigations, and audits. This is a full onsite position.

**In this challenging role, you will**:

- Work on daily workload distribution, define service delivery priorities, monitor and guide routine work execution in all work centers;
- Manage and update Quality Control documents;
- Ensure internal controls are performed;
- Review methods and specifications, when applicable, for raw materials and finished products;
- Execute and coordinate preventive and corrective actions for Non-Conformities;
- Report and conduct laboratory investigations, develop and implement action plans proposing preventive and contingency measures;
- Help prepare, review, and present the necessary documentation to ensure consistency and implementation of established actions.

**You?**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- 9+ years of experience working within a laboratory environment, on a Quality department.
- Experience working with Laboratory Process Management is required.
- Experience working with Chemical-Physical Analysis and Chromatography is valued.
- Upper Intermediate English (spoken and written) is required.
