**Main Responsibilities and Activities**:

- Receive, check and store products and materials in the warehouse, correctly allocate the material to its due stock, checking the information and other documents that accompany the material, proceeding with the treatment of these documents according to the company’s guidelines
- Move materials with the help of pallet trucks, electric pallet trucks and forklifts
- Correctly execute stock transactions with the posting of the movement of incoming and outgoing materials in the ERP system, ensuring movement in the system’s sub-inventories according to the physical movement of materials
- Strive for access control and security of the Warehouse, preventing the removal of materials without a requisition.
- Separate and move the physical material and in the system for delivery to customers, according to the plan and with the content of the documentation.
- Move and make materials available for trucks according to the content of the NFs, ensuring that quantities and volumes reflect the content of the NFs, with safety and quality.
- Perform material counting according to established cyclic counting procedure.
- Participate in the cyclical and annual inventory following the process procedures.
- Inform the direct responsible about problems that compromise safety, quality and delivery.
- Inform the direct responsible and material planners whenever you notice excess or lack of material.
- Identify and communicate area problems to the leader or using the improvement suggestion sheet that contributes to improving employee safety and productivity, quality and delivery to customers, anticipate problems.
- Desirable knowledge in the Oracle system
