Your tasks

RPA & AI Specialist:

- Manages and executes internal RPA & AI projects in NPM Purchasing
- New business & process development - identify, build, map, re-engineer
- Analyze / understand business processes from workflow diagrams and suggest improvements using RPA solutions & AI solutions
- Problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of RPA & AI and provide timely responses and solutions as required
- Deliver complex projects on time and possess a strong background in project management
- Document any Changes or new RPA & AI projects
- Align regional RPA & AI activities with global Processes & Systems team
- Work in global automation projects representing the regional perspective

**Profile**:

- Speak English fluently
- Good communication skills - both verbal and in writing
- Familiar with Technical programming skills
- Exceptional ability to analyze complex requirements
- Ability to work with a project team (project leadership preferred)
- RPA (BOT) knowledge & RPA testing experience
- Manages project financials including business impact
- Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for team members
