**Responsibilities**
As a business analyst, you will be responsible to translate and document the needs of the business and operations teams, at the same time that you will work in collaboration with the hyper-automation solutions team in order to define the best strategy to implement the solutions regarding process automation inside the organization. It is also expected that the business analyst proposes improvements and/or corrections in the flow and control of the activity/process, and generate logical flow documentation and automation requirements in collaboration with the project manager and solution architect.
**Requirements** (Must have)**
Fluent English
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferred in IT and/or financial industry)
Familiarity with process mapping and standard BPM documentation (Camunda preferred).
Familiarity with VB, Python, HTML, and VBA (able to use to support simples tasks)
Experience in working on SQL Queries
Ability to write and interpret user stories
Have strong analytical skills and experience with monitoring indicators and data manipulation.
Knowledge of project management method(s) (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall).
**Nice to have**
Familiarity with UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
Knowledge of IT framework concepts (ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, PMBOK, Six Sigma, etc.).
Knowledge of the basic concepts of Quality Management tools (ISO, PDCA, 5W2H, SWOT, Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa, Pareto, FMEA, APR, and the like).
