**This role**

**Requirements**:
- Studying information technology or related areas;
- English advanced;
- Studying from the second semester onwards;

**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and configure computer workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals;
- Basic knowledge of networking, Identity Access Management (IAM), and google workspace environments;
- Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system;
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff;
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment.
