**Job Description Summary**

The OEM Solution Consultant is a key person in our ecossystem to provide technical expertise to help OEM's to develop Machines with high technology, efficience and economically viable.The primary focus of the position is to support the Santa Catarina or São Paulo OEM Team.

**What you will do?**
- PoC development, design review and recommendation, document and present the solution
- Define task and execute these accordingly to the agreed timeline
- Support customer in all stages of a project
Execute multiple projects in parallel
- Extract all relevant information for the given tasks to create a solution
- Fully responsible for successful conversion by usage of relevant RA resources where needed
- Driving customer to promote Rockwell as their standard
- Ensures transfer of Rockwell Solution knowledge to Customer team
**What you will bring?**
- Programming and start-up of PLC, HMI, Networks, Drive and Motion products experience
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred 5 years’ experience in Industrial Automation products, systems and solutions
- Process mechanical and automation information of the solution
- Flexibility to change personal style to be most effective when interacting with different personalities to obtain results
- Balance and communicate/agree customer expectation
- Able to understand complex processes and overall Machine design and interactions
- Full compliance with RA Ethics, Security, and Legal policies and practices
- Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively
- Confident to liaise with people with an automation background
- Capability of understanding and communicating the added value of the GOTC team
- Willingness to travel within in other region of Brazil.
- Able to Communicate efficientlyin English and Local Language
