Quality is a core focus within the business, and they are looking for a Quality Officer to join the team an hour and a half from Melbourne in the Gippsland region.

**About the Role**

As a Quality Officer, you will report to the Quality Lead where you will support in managing the site quality management system which will include GMP programs, cleaning & sanitation, performing internal and external audits, supporting food safety programs, and assisting production.

To be successful in the position, you must have the ability to be a driver of culture change to achieve an exceptional quality culture across the site. This will involve having the ability to be hands on approach as well as having a curious nature to think outside the box.

**Skills & Experience**

This is an exciting and integral role within the business for future growth and your experience and skill set will include the following:

- Degree qualified with relevant working experience in a food & beverage manufacturing environment, ideally in a dairy setting.
- Experience in managing quality systems and to lead improvement activities.
- Exceptional attention to detail coinciding with strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
