**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Consumer-Facing Expertise**: Strong background in developing consumer-facing software.
- **App Publication**: Personal publication and support of an app in the iOS or Google Store.
- Familiarity with **Firebase** or other cloud-based development tools.
