**Position Summary**:
This person will be a key member of the SAP-COE Corporate Services team and will be responsible for support and optimization of Infineum’s global SAP systems with respect to the procure to pay.
Experience in supporting the SAP-Brazil Nota Fiscal processes, is preferred.
He/ She will be supporting and implementing solutions underpinned by principles of cost-effectiveness, security, reliability and great user experiences.
**Key Outputs: What we can expect from you**
- Be in integral team-member of the SAP-Corporate Services team
- Operational responsibilities include:

- Participate in improvement initiatives of Infineum’s system related processes, engaging with Business Representatives, Process Owners and Power Users.
- Design and prepare functional specifications to meet new business requirements, including high-level technical specifications for SAP development and SAP Basis teams.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills in support of system-related faults.
- Actively participate in SAP system upgrade cycles.
- Prepare and deliver training as appropriate.
- Work with SAP-CoE on technical solutions to meet best for Infineum requirement.
- Any additional responsibilities as assigned.

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Software Engineering/Business or Accounting
- 2 to 5 years SAP Business Process Consultant experience
- The ability to learn new ideas and skills (both technical and behavioral) with speed and confidence
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to articulate and communicate with diverse group of users
- Strong team-based ethics, organization and coordination skills, and flexibility to work on a global team
- Ability to configure SAP to meet the requirements of the client's business
- Able to follow MOC (Management of) Change processes and understand their importance
- Able to write functional specifications, test documentation and user documentation in English
- Able to perform and document unit and scenario testing
- Able to support in the resolution of customer issues in a timely matter
- Able to work closely with other consultants as part of a delivery team
- Eager to work with and extend SAP knowledge and Microsoft Office products

- SAP Brazil Nota Fiscal support or implementation experience
- SAP SuccessFactors (SF) support or implementation experience
- Portuguese language
- Experience with OSS and OSS Note implementations
- Understanding of SAP MM/FI support SAP Brazil. Additional SAP modules a plus
- Must be a self-starter, rapidly learn new skills and new technologies; able to plan, organize work priorities for self or team with little oversight
