Responsible for planning, coordination, and supervision project implementation (Presses, Roller Head and Mixing).
Plan and implement investments for production equipmentDesign and implement overall (cross product) factory processes e.g. by definition of production concept
Drive and implement automation projects according to lean principles and standardsInstallation, start-up, validation and handover (to production) and improvement of all production and SC equipment as well as tools
Design and implement production and SC equipment IT
Implement internal ME standards
Manage product specific ramp-up or change projects translate business / project / product specific requirements into tangible impacts on plant and assess plant readiness update of product specific production specifications.
Plan and implement investments for project / product specific tooling and devices.
Perform product specific testing and start-up of production process and pre-series production and handover to production.
**Profile**:
- Graduation in the Engineering fields;
- Fluent English;
- Experience and professional experience in the areas of project management ;
- Project management skills;
- Good skills in problem solving, negotiation, financial math;
- Experience with Quality tools (CEP, FMEA, 5S);
- Knowledge in Lean manufacturing (CBS);
- Experience in leading and management people;
- Good skills in building partnerships and working in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in Rubber technology
