**LSO Operational Safety Leader (OSL)**

**HSE**:

- Develop, plan and follow up the implementation of MAESTRO (HSE-MS of Company) within LSO.
- Assist the logistic operations & methods manager in the completion and follow-up logistics operations ensuring they are conducted in in line with Company’ HSE Policies, Rules, Guides General Specifications, and local regulations.
- Follow up and track all events (ANO, NMI, INC, etc.) related to LSO activities, ensuring they are well reported and updated in reporting system - Synergy. All corrective actions shall be covered in Synergy and is his/her duty to ensures they are implemented.
- Follow up with LSO Methods Engineer to ensure LSO downgraded situations and Management of Change data base are maintained and updated according to operations.
- Follow up LSO and HSE training and ensure all competencies are covered as per Company Rules and local requirements.
- Ensure REX’s are well shared in operating sites and covered in Tool Box Talks Meetings.
- Supports the permit to work process and similar processes (Journey Management and Lifting plans): guarantees that routine operations are covered by specific procedures and challenges quality of permits issued.
- Promotes a risk assessment approach, joint safety tours, safety green lights, lifesaving checks to all Logistical activities.
- Continuous verification and implementation of safety procedures and rules related to tasks performed on the base i.e. handling, lifting, fuel transfer, bulk and mud transfer, waste chemical storage, disposal, land transport, marine cargo loading.
- Participate in monthly HSE meetings with contractors.
- Supports HSE contractors’ personnel on scheduled inspections and audits on sub-contractors.

**Method, audit & procedures**:

- Assist LSO Methods Engineer to review and develop LSO operational procedures (Guidebooks, manuals, etc.), as requested and agreed between LSO Manager and HSE OPS Manager.
- Assist LSO Methods Engineer to follow LSO audits as per affiliate Audit plan or, as requested and agreed between LSO Manager and HSE OPS Manager.
- Ensure affiliate audit schedule is respected in LSO and well recorded in Synergi.
- Assist LSO Methods Engineer to maintain methods tools implemented and up to date (KPI, PTS, competences...).
- Assure that daily / weekly reports incorporate HSE information for each Logistics activity.
- Perform regular site visits, being known as HSE representative in all sites.
- Perform regular site audits and ensure action plan becomes alive for LSO representative.
- In charge of tracking site visits action plan.
- Be present and assist Management during site tours.
- Ensure all Bridging Documents are in place and up to date. Lead Bridging document creation for new contracts and operations.
- Lead HSE event/accidents investigations. Prepare root cause analysis and investigation reports
- Actively participate on HSE initiatives replicating and leading them inside LSO organization and LSO suppliers.

**Reporting & Operations follow up**:

- Assist LSO Methods Engineer to maintain the key HSE performance data base of the department.
- Follow up and assist LSO Methods Engineer to consolidate the Key performance indicators.
- Participate actively on LSO Key Performance Indicators sessions review.
- Assist LSO Methods Engineer on the implementation of Key Performance Indicators tools according to activities evolution.
- Assist LSO Methods Engineer to maintain and update the Action Plan & Planning
- Promote and assist LSO Methods Engineer to maintain the Continuous Improvement data base within LSO
- Participates actively to the SQM (Safety Quality Meeting) in HSE aspects with LSO contractors and assist LSO Methods Engineer to maintains a follow up of any recommendation or corrective action required.

Good knowledge of the Subsea supply chain

At least 10 years experience in large oil & gas projects with a strong subsea exposure.

**Budget and Finance**:

- Assist LSO contract owners in preparing all the required documents for CFT, contract extensions or any other request related to LSO contracts.
- Assist the LSO contract owner in the CFT process and analysis.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND**
- Qualifications: Degree holder of engineering or equivalent (Not a killing factor), post graduated is a plus.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years’ experience in HSE in Oil & Gas operations, including work in ports, shorebases, contractor facilities, offshore vessels, and others.
- Profile: Teambuilding awareness, leadership, environmental awareness, organization, anticipation skills, adaptability.
- English fluent.
- Strong knowledge in computing (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with SOLAS, MARPOL, IMO, and marine industry guideline.
- Aptitude to innovate and be open to new ideas.
- Good communication and organizational skills
