About the job
As Operations Analyst/Assistant | Offshore you will be responsible for automation of all allocations and end of the day closing process (allocation, Confirmation and reconciliation) more efficient and scalable.
Main activities will include:
- Management of projects.
- Great interaction with Clearing houses, desk and clients.
- Allocation of equities, options and future trading activity.
- Margin notifications and trade adjustments.
- End of the day firm account balancing.
- Assist with the allocation of the Prime Brokerage clients.
- Foreign exchange trade away booking process.
- Trade affirmation and confirmation process through CTM.
- Other operational routines.
- Allocation and Send confirmation to clients.
- Understanding on the settlement process.
- Work closely with the different operation’s teams.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Thrive in a business who is fast to adapt its priorities.
- Proficient in excel and macros.
- Strong, relevant regulatory background with a minimum of 1-year accounting/accounts receivables/payables or industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and credibility.
- The ability to work very effectively within an organization and communicate with junior and senior business and operations personnel.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent ability to create flows and controls.
