Technical Integration Analyst

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a technically adept and analytically minded **Technical Integration Analyst** to join our expanding iGaming business. In this role, you will take ownership of the full integration lifecycle for new partners—analysing external systems, scoping technical requirements, and ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery. **Key Responsibilities**:
**System & API Analysis**
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments of third-party systems (e.g., wallets, CRMs, promotional engines) to understand API endpoints, payload structures, authentication flows, and limitations.
- Reverse-engineer external platform behaviors and data flows using tools such as **Postman**, **Swagger**, and internal diagnostic utilities.
- Identify integration constraints, technical edge cases, and bespoke configuration requirements.

**Requirements Definition & Technical Design**
- Collaborate with clients to elicit and document technical requirements during pre-integration discovery.
- Translate business objectives into structured integration specifications, use-case flows, and interface documentation.
- Ensure all technical artefacts align with internal architecture principles and compliance standards.

**Platform Gap Analysis & Continuous Improvement**
- Evaluate operator integration demands against existing platform capabilities to identify functional gaps.
- Recommend platform enhancements, API extensions, or tooling improvements based on analytical findings.
- Support strategic roadmap discussions with data-backed insights and prioritisation input.

**Testing & Technical Validation**
- Conduct hands-on integration testing, including endpoint validation, payload testing, and performance benchmarking.
- Use frameworks such as **Java + RestAssured** for automated test execution where applicable.
- Diagnose technical issues through root-cause analysis and liaise with development teams for resolution.

**Process & Documentation Excellence**
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, integration playbooks, and technical user guides.
- Contribute to standard operating procedures and reusable templates to improve onboarding consistency.
- Update **Vendor Partner Agreements (VPAs)** with current technical expectations, service definitions, and data handling protocols.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Act as the technical liaison between internal teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal) and external partners.
- Participate in technical workshops, integration planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 4+ years in a technical analyst, integration consultant, or systems analyst role within a tech-led or iGaming environment.
- Strong knowledge of **REST APIs**, **JSON**, **XML**, and system-to-system communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience with integration testing and tools like **Postman**, **Swagger**, and **RestAssured**.
- Competent in producing technical documentation, flow diagrams, and system architecture maps.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in **Agile** teams using tools such as **Jira**, **Confluence**, and **Git**.
