**Summary**:
Support the creation and implementation of digital engineering content, collaborating with suppliers, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to design documentation, product analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

**What you will do**:

- Create and manage digital engineering assets, including drafts and models to support global digital capabilities.
- Coordinate and execute implementation of digital engineering content across platforms and teams.- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce throughput time, cost and waste.
- Collaborate with suppliers to support the development and integration of emerging digital technologies.
- Mentor associate design engineers, providing guidance and support in digital engineering practices.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed design documentation to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Conduct analysis of product components and configurations to support engineering decisions.

**What you will have**:

- ** Data Gathering & Analysis**:Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
- ** Analytical Thinking**:Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- ** Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

**Basic requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Materials Science.
- Pre-advanced English.
- Experience with Autodesk Products (i.e., Inventor, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Experience with facilitating projects or work efforts for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Advanced English.
- Experience with O365 tools.
- Previous experience in drafting and/or design engineer.
