Job Description

**Responsabilidades**:

- Garantir conformidade com todos os protocolos de segurança, políticas da empresa e normas técnicas, orientando-se pelas diretrizes estabelecidas e contribuindo para a execução segura das atividades em campo.
- Conduzir inspeções de segurança e relatar, de forma proativa, qualquer risco ou não conformidade identificada, seguindo os procedimentos estabelecidos.
- Participar ativamente em diálogos de segurança e registrar, no mínimo, duas observações mensais no Intelex, com apoio da equipe técnica.
- Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas sob supervisão, conforme instruções recebidas.
- Acompanhar e apoiar processos de comissionamento e substituição de grandes componentes.
- Manter a organização da área de trabalho e contribuir para a aplicação contínua dos princípios do 5S.
- Registrar corretamente as atividades realizadas em formulários ou sistemas, conforme orientação.
- Zelar pelas ferramentas, EPIs e materiais disponibilizados, assegurando seu uso correto.
- Colaborar com os técnicos mais experientes, buscando aprendizado e desenvolvimento técnico contínuo.
- Demonstrar comportamento colaborativo, respeitando a liderança e contribuindo para o bom ambiente de trabalho.
- Auxiliar na integração de novos colaboradores, repassando orientações básicas sob supervisão.

Habilidades Necessárias
- Ter no mínimo 18 anos de idade.
- Experiência mínima de 1 ano em atividades com aerogeradores.
- Formação técnica completa em elétrica, mecânica ou áreas correlatas, com registro ativo no CFT.
- Boas habilidades de comunicação.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em altura, sob condições climáticas adversas e em ambientes de alta pressão.
- Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) categoria B válida.
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, seguir orientações e demonstrar disciplina operacional.

Habilidades Desejadas
- Conhecimento básico em pacote Office.
- Familiaridade com diferentes plataformas de aerogeradores.
- Experiência com comissionamento ou grandes corretivos (desejável).
- Inglês básico.
- Experiência militar.
