**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree;
- Fluent English/Spanish;
- Preferred Acquisition Certification (CSCP);
- Desirable minimum of 5 years of experience in the purchasing area;
- Desirable knowledge in contracting and negotiation with suppliers of chemicals and tools for oilfields;
- Desirable knowledge in Oil Field Tools and Chemicals for Oil & Gas.

**Responsibilities**
- Plans sourcing of goods and services to support manufacturing, field operations or project management;
- Complies with and executes Category Management strategy in accordance with policies and procedures;
- Creates request for quotations or organizes competitive biddings from various suppliers to obtain best quality, delivery and price for goods and services;
- Implements agreements for local procuremnet of goods and services;
- Assesse supplier performance and conducts reviews with suppliers;
