We are looking for a **User Acquisition Lead**_for one of our investment products_**.**.**
**Your main tasks will be**:
- Develop, implement, and oversee strategies for PPC channels.
- Identify growth opportunities across channels and ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PPC specialists (10 ppl).
- Provide guidance on best practices and ensure the team stays up-to-date with industry trends.
- Allocate and monitor budgets across channels and projects to ensure cost efficiency. Forecast, track, and adjust budgets based on performance.
- Work closely with creative and analytics teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
**We expect from you**:
- 5+ years of experience in PPC or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign structures)
- Strong people management skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
- Knowledge of A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- English is B2 or higher.
