**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a participant in the Drive The Future Program, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience alongside your studies. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that constantly challenges you to learn and develop. This program is open to Brazil university students who are at least halfway through their degree. We are looking for proactive, creative, and self-initiated students who are eager to learn. This could be your start to something big.

When our clients trust us to advise them on a transaction, it is because they recognize our capability and experience to make the transaction happen. The Investment Banking team is responsible for generating ideas and executing transactions that transform the corporate environment: mergers and acquisitions, public stock offerings, and debt issuances in the local and international markets.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Participating in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions and stock offerings;
- Sector studies;
- Preparation of internal and client presentations;
- Economic, financial, and corporate analysis of companies;
- Financial modelling and valuation.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Students of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related courses
- Expecting to graduate between December 2025 and July 2026
- Advanced or Fluent English skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Availability to work in person at the São Paulo office
- Workload: 30 hours per week
