Business Analyst will be involved in one or several of following activities: Stakeholder requirements needs, end user studies, process definitions, pre-studies, modelling and design ideation to find the optimal solution, consistent and efficient usage of solution and requirement management of Process & IT solutions. The Business Analyst must have a good understanding of the business goals and stakeholder needs when working with a service or solution. New legislation called "Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados" is based on European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). This regulation is already approved and will take effect in August 16th 2020. All Brazilian companies are required to comply. In order to address the requirements we need to map all systems and processes that holds customer information, including employee data. To document this work we will require a Business Analyst. This resource will interview users and Key-users to undertand how they storage personal data, it will data map our IT systems and business process to document the changes needed to provide information required by LGPD. **Requirements and skills**: **Requires experience and mandatory skills**: - At least 8 years of total experience as BA: Proven experience as a Business analyst implementing/working in complex business process and/or software implementation. - Take the lead in Business Analyst activities. - Experience in IT Solutions and business processes. - Experience in compliance and/or regulatory project implementations - Facilitate modelling and analysis of business processes and operations from a requirement management perspective or design concepts for products (proceses, services or systems). - Identify risks regarding the functional solution from a Business Analysis perspective and proposes changes in business processes, IT implementations and/or operations when necessary. - Strong knowledge and deep experience in requirement breakdown, prioritization and classification. - Experience with prestudies, business case design requirement gathering. - Specify and modelling requirements. - Propose prioritization of changes in the solutions and business processes. - BPM - Business Process Modeling. - Facilitate workshops when need it. - Highlight risks and impacts. - Good understanding of solution dependencies and interfaces, securing end-to-end understanding. - Demonstrate achievement of results. - Test case creation and follow up. - English B2 or higher. **Recommended Skills**: - Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equilavent certification - Customer orientation & focus - Execution - Business mind - Challenging spirit - Fostering teamwork - Judgement - Strategy Establishment - Creating and sharing knowledge - Building relationships - Business Change Management - Creating customer value - Workshop facilitation - Security Management - Experience in automotive area is a plus **Soft skills**: - Communication skills - Able to interact and to cooperate with stakeholders from various segments and levels - Knowledge sharing - Resilience - Negotiation skills - Adaptability **Additional information**: Home office Contratação CLT **Benefícios**: VA ou VR - desconto de 20% em cima do total do VR.
