**EXPERIÊNCIA**: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics); 4+ years of experience in data analytics and business insights, with a strong focus on e-commerce and digital native brands; Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques (e.g. SQL, Tableau, PowerBI); Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, data science, marketing, and product teams; Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to find solutions to complex business problems. **OBSERVAÇÕES**: Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst / Coordinator / Junior Manager to join our team and lead our data analytics and business insights efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and support our business objectives. You will play a critical role in developing and executing data-driven strategies that will drive growth, improve customer experience, and increase profitability. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of a data analytics and business insights strategy that supports the company's goals and objectives; Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities; Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven initiatives that drive growth, improve customer experience, and increase profitability; Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the business; Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to develop and implement data models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to support data-driven decision-making Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights and analysis; Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and business insights.
