The purpose of this role: In this pivotal role, you will need a deep, empathetic grasp of our customer's needs. Requisitos Experience. You have 5+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role; Engage with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level) to provide insights for executive decision-making; Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation; Acts as the primary interface with the customers and partners, key stakeholders, and business and technology teams. Maintain a supportive and continued relationship providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes between the stakeholders and the project team. This also may involve on-time escalations to ensure the project is always on track as per the plan; Understand the customer’s expectations, business needs, environment, and internal practices in order to steer the project toward the customer’s success and ensure the customer’s sponsors are engaged in order to develop a trusted advisor relationship; Track deliverables and alarm when the timeline, quality, or budget of the tasks is likely to be impacted, presenting a mitigation plan if needed; Monitor and report project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements along with Production Lead approval; Supports Iteration Execution by, not limited to, facilitating successful ScrumXP Events, for example, Backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily Stand-up meetings, and Iteration Retrospective; Maintain JIRA up to date including tasks that need to be fulfilled by other members of the team; Be the guardian of all documentation including reports and definitions. Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles; Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies including but not limited to Sinapse Code of Ethics and Global Information Security; Strong knowledge of Database, system integrations using webservices, sFTP etc, operating systems, utilities, and scripting.
